The Opportunity We are seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of specialists and emergency clinicians in a fast-paced, high-quality medical environment. What You'll Do Lead anesthesia and pain management services across a wide range of procedures Develop and implement individualized anesthetic and analgesic protocols Provide perioperative patient care, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes Collaborate closely with surgery, neurology, internal medicine, and ER teams Mentor and support technicians and clinical staff in anesthesia best practices Help shape and elevate anesthesia protocols and standards of care What You Bring DVM or equivalent degree Board certification (DACVAA) or residency training in anesthesiology Passion for collaboration and high-quality patient care Strong communication and leadership skills Interest in contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture Why
