  • Provide triage, stabilization, and comprehensive emergency/urgent care for small animals
  • Perform diagnostic workups, including imaging and laboratory testing, and develop treatment plans
  • Perform emergency surgery and procedures within the scope of experience
  • Manage hospitalized patients and ensure timely, compassionate client communication
  • Collaborate with technicians and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care
  • Communicate with referring veterinarians to ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of a shared schedule Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in North Carolina
  • Eligible to work in the United States
