What they do
A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Creature Comforts Animal Hospital is a full-service, companion animal and exotic animal practice. Previous experience with exotic animals is a bonus, but required. We are interested in all doctor applicants, Full time OR Part time, whether they desire to treat companion animals exclusively, or whether they desire to treat both companion animals and exotic animals. We will mentor and nurture any particular interest you have in the veterinary field, whether it pertains to species, diagnostics (e.g., ultrasound, etc.) or treatments (e.g., acupuncture, laser therapy, etc.). Creature Comforts Animal Hospital is established and growing (uh, crescendo-ing?). As a multi-award winning and AAHA-accredited facility, we have top-notch standards and equipment to match.
