A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description

Paid Position Purpose :
Come intern with us! Chagrin Falls Veterinary Clinic's program offers pre-veterinary students hands-on experience and mentorship to help them become competitive applicants for admission to an AVMA-accredited veterinary school. Internships are flexible in length and hours. Typically, 5-15 hours per week, compatible with individual school schedules, Monday-Saturday. Payment ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, and we can also support your preceptorship documentation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Eligibility Must be currently enrolled in an accredited pre-veterinary school or a certified veterinary assistant/technician program.
