Eligible experienced veterinarians can receive a $220,000 signing bonus package , along with competitive base salary, production compensation, and comprehensive benefits. This isn't a high-volume, high-pressure environment. You'll have the time and clinical support to work cases up appropriately, communicate with clients, and practice medicine confidently. As an experienced veterinarian, you'll have autonomy over your cases while working alongside two experienced DVMs who value collaboration and are available when another perspective is helpful. Dentistry is an important part of our caseload , making this an especially strong opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys dental procedures and wants the equipment and support to provide comprehensive dental care.
