• Conduct outpatient appointments, follow-up care, and client education while maintaining detailed medical records. Provide emergency and critical care during regular business hours.
• Manage hospitalized patients, develop treatment plans, and communicate with clients and support staff regarding patient care.
• Perform surgical procedures and dental extractions while ensuring accurate medical documentation and client communication.
• Maintain ethical, moral, and professional standards, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
• Support other veterinarians and support staff members by promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive, respectful workplace. Address conflict resolution in a professional, solution-oriented manner. Collaborate with management to improve clinic protocols, standards of care and workflow efficiencies.
• Other responsibilities include attending all staff and doctor meetings to collaborate with the team and enhance hospital operations.
