Job Description Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists - Annapolis, MD Full-Time Position Join Our Growing Rehabilitation Team! Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists (CVSS) in Annapolis, Maryland, is seeking a full-time licensed Veterinarian to join our expanding rehabilitation team. About the Role We're looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented rehabilitation therapist to help grow our rehab services and collaborate closely with our experienced specialty team, including certified rehabilitation technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for rehabilitation patients. Work in partnership with board-certified surgeons, referring veterinarians, and in-house specialists to deliver gold-standard care. Utilize a fully equipped rehabilitation suite, including: Underwater treadmill Laser therapy Therapeutic ultrasound Shockwave therapy And more advanced modalities Provide outstanding client communication and education for pet owners and referring DVMs. About

8 Board-Certified Small Animal Surgeons 2 Board-Eligible Surgeons (2026) 3 Residents & 4 Surgical Interns 2 Certified Rehabilitation Therapists, 2 CCRVNs, and 1 CCRA As an ACVS Practice Partner, we maintain a robust surgical residency program with a 100% board pass rate for graduates.
