A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description

We are looking to add another associate veterinarian to our small, but growing small animal practice. We are located in Fayetteville, Tn 1.5 hours south of Nashville and 30 minutes north of Huntsville, Al. We are a full service, small animal general practice only, but open to anyone who may have an interest in other species or services. Our team include three veterinarians, one licensed technicians, 6 veterinary assistants and 3 receptionists. We are very family oriented and focus on a positive work/life balance for our doctors and staff. We are a fun group who enjoys to laugh and smile while working through the day to get our patients cared for. :) Either a full time (30-35 hours/3-3.5 days) or part time (1-2 days) position is available and we are open to flexible scheduling. We are open to new grads as well as experienced veterinarians. We are looking for a positive person who'd like to grow with us as a team and provide great patient and client care!
