The Role Join a 6+ doctor Emergency & Specialty team Prior emergency experience or completion of a rotating internship required Predominantly day and swing shifts, with only occasional overnight shifts expected Practice evidence-based medicine without administrative production pressure Opportunities to pursue ABVP specialization or an ER fellowship Strong culture of collaboration, mentorship, and professional development
