You'll work alongside an experienced support team while using your clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, stabilize, and perform surgery when needed.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and treating urgent veterinary cases Managing multiple patients in a fast-paced environment Performing urgent-care procedures and wound management Performing soft-tissue and emergency surgeries Managing sedation and anesthesia Interpreting lab work and diagnostic imaging Stabilizing critical patients for transfer when needed Communicating treatment options and costs with pet owners Supporting and mentoring veterinary technicians What We're Looking For DVM or equivalent degree Active Texas veterinary license or eligibility for licensure Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain one 3+ years of clinical veterinary experience Urgent care, emergency, or high-volume general practice experience strongly preferred Comfortable with surgery and anesthesia Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Confident managing multiple patients and competing priorities Clear, compassionate communication skills FAST ultrasound experience is a plus.
