A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description

We are working on behalf of a busy, well established veterinary practice in Bonney Lake, WA that is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its growing team. The hospital operates seven days a week, offering both wellness care and urgent care services to the local community, and is looking to add experienced DVMs to support its steady caseload. This is a fast paced, clinically varied environment where you will see a genuine mix of routine wellness visits, vaccinations, and same day or next day urgent care cases including minor surgeries and dental work. The practice is well equipped for a broad scope of general practice and urgent care medicine, and the team places a strong emphasis on getting pets seen quickly without compromising on quality of care. You will be joining a collaborative, experienced support team who are used to a busy walk in and scheduled appointment mix, and who understand what it takes to keep a high volume clinic running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a DVM who enjoys variety, wants to build strong general practice and urgent care skills, and is looking for a role with clear structure and a consistent caseload.

About You:
DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold, or are eligible for, licensure in Washington Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment Enjoy a genuine mix of wellness and urgent care medicine Collaborative team player with strong communication skills Open to sharing weekend and evening shifts across a seven day schedule
