A brand-new full-service small animal general practice hospital in Vancouver, Washington is hiring a Founding Partner Veterinarian to lead the launch of a purpose-built hospital opening in November. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys building something from the ground up. As the Founding Partner, you will have the autonomy to establish the hospital's medical standards, shape its culture, recruit your clinical team, and work alongside an experienced Hospital Manager to grow a thriving practice. The hospital will provide comprehensive general practice services, including surgery, dentistry, preventative care, diagnostics, and urgent care appointments during business hours. Clinical autonomy remains central to the model, giving you the independence to make decisions that are right for your patients while benefiting from experienced operational, recruitment, marketing, HR, finance, and leadership support behind the scenes. This role is designed for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership just as much as clinical work. Alongside mentoring associates and support staff, you'll play a key role in the financial success of the hospital through a unique partnership incentive programme. Founding Partners receive substantial milestone bonuses as the hospital grows, with the first $500,000 in trailing 12-month revenue triggering a $70,000 bonus.
