Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our team! Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation fans, and heating equipment according to schematics and HVAC design plans Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance systems to ensure peak performance Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately install or troubleshoot equipment Perform service calls in the field as a dedicated service technician, diagnosing issues with refrigeration units, boilers, ammonia refrigeration systems, or other mechanical components Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or modify HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems Maintain property by inspecting air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical systems; perform necessary repairs or replacements Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes during all installation and repair activities Operate a 14 to 16 ft Box Truck safely to transport equipment and materials between job sites. Be able to read Blueprints Experience Proven experience in construction or field service roles related to HVAC installation or maintenance Service technician experience with refrigeration systems, ammonia refrigeration, or HVAC/R preferred Strong mechanical knowledge including plumbing, boiler operation, appliance repair, and equipment repair Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, HVAC design principles and property maintenance procedures Hands-on experience with welding techniques and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Mechanical or technical certification in HVAC/R or related fields is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles is a plus Prior experience working with property maintenance teams or as an appliance repair technician will be advantageous Join us in delivering exceptional comfort solutions through expert installation and maintenance!
