Customer Experience Representative

Customer Experience Representative Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a professional, solution-focused manner to address sales questions, concerns, and service needs Present and explain telecommunications services and sales solutions tailored to customer needs Participate in daily sales meetings, training sessions, and performance development activities Manage the full sales process from initial contact through closing and follow-up Represent client brands with professionalism while enhancing customer awareness and satisfaction Educate customers on service benefits that improve communication and connectivity with family, friends, and communities Process orders, update customer information, and schedule appointments accurately using sales systems Contribute to Customer Experience Representative team goals by supporting customer acquisition and retention efforts

Customer Experience Representative Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, call center, hospitality, or client relations is a plus Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, or Customer Experience Representative is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity Passion for customer service, sales performance, and helping customers find solutions The Customer Experience Representative role is a full time, in office position. if this is a good fit for you!

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
