Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic/CDL/Operator

Job Description As a mechanic for Marion Excavating Co., Inc.

you will:

• Be expected to be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic.
• Preferred experience have mechanic experience with a variety of equipment: diesel engines, small engines, and heavy construction equipment..
• An Ideal candidate will also have a CDL and be willing to jump in a concrete mixer or triaxle when needed. An ideal candidate will also be able to run a loader to load customers or other various tasks. This position is located in our Westhampton shop.
• You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and able to perform physical labor or other physically strenuous tasks.

The mechanic position receives competitive wages based on experience. Our construction laborers also receives generous benefits such as health insurance, a matching 401k plan, and paid time off. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm Seasonal overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon. Licenses required for a construction laborer
