Pit Truck Driver/Groundsman CDL Required

Job Description Marion Excavating Co., Inc. is looking to hire full-time pit truck driver/groundsman. As a pit truck driver/groundsman for Marion Excavating Co., Inc.

you will:

Be expected to be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic. Preferred experience in construction site work but willing to train a motivated worker. You will preferably have the prior knowledge of construction site work grading, utility, sewer, and drainage installation. You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and able to perform physical labor or other physically strenuous tasks. Specific Duties for the pit truck driver/groundsman will be to unload stone bins at the wash plant with a dump truck and haul to different areas of the pit to stock pile. In this position you will also be expected to clean up around crushers and make sure everything is working properly. The pit truck driver/groundsman position receives competitive wages based on experience. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm Seasonal overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon.
