Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Advisor & Pre-Construction Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and prospective clients, guiding them through the pre-construction process with enthusiasm and expertise. Your proactive approach will drive new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and ensure seamless communication from initial contact through project inception. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on guiding qualified clients through the pre-construction phase of high-end remodeling projects. You'll close aligned work inside a defined process — not by improvising or overpromising, but by creating clarity and confidence. We're looking for someone who is motivated by results , comfortable owning outcomes, and respectful of structure. What You'll Do You'll manage qualified prospects from first serious conversation through signed agreement. That includes moving clients forward decisively, filtering out poor-fit projects early, protecting margin through disciplined selling, and ensuring projects enter production cleanly. You won't work alone or "wing it." You'll close deals inside a system designed to support accuracy, consistency, and long-term client satisfaction. Compensation (Simple Overview) This role offers a base salary of $46,000 + performance-based commission tied to annual sales goals. Total compensation is approximately $90,000 at annual target Strong performers can earn significantly more Additional bonuses are available This is a results-driven role — earnings grow with performance. Experience Experience in remodeling, construction sales, design-build, or other complex project sales is strongly preferred. You should be organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple active prospects at once.
