Hiring Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Hiring Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our recruitment initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Duties Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates across multiple departments. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, social media platforms, and campus partners to generate candidate pipelines. Conduct thorough interviews, leveraging strong communication skills to assess candidates' technical recruiting capabilities and cultural fit. Negotiate employment contracts and employment terms while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations. Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation, employee relations, succession planning, and performance evaluations to support talent management initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting roles such as executive recruiting, internal recruiting, or campus recruitment with a focus on talent acquisition strategies. Strong negotiation skills combined with expertise in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling and lead generation. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure all hiring practices are compliant and ethical. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Ability to research market trends and leverage social media management tools for effective talent outreach. Demonstrated ability in training & development initiatives related to onboarding and employee engagement programs.
