• Position Overview
• We are seeking an experienced
• Bilingual Call Center Representative
• with a strong in healthcare to support a high-volume primary care environment. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound patient calls, verifying insurance and eligibility, coordinating with clinical staff, and delivering exceptional patient service.
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle
• high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• (60-80+ calls per day) in a fast-paced primary care setting
• Perform
• insurance verification and eligibility checks
• with accuracy and efficiency
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• based on patient and provider availability
• Communicate effectively with providers and staff by
• taking and relaying detailed messages
• Provide updates to patients on the
• status of authorizations and referrals
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing calls averaging

• covering reception duties as needed
• Required Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of call center experience
• in a
• medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare environment
• Proven ability to manage
• high call volume
• while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Experience with
• insurance verification, eligibility, and scheduling workflows
• Strong
• customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or scheduling tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
