Role Overview Hospitality Associates are responsible for maintaining impeccable guest environments and supporting all operational aspects of the guest experience—from accommodations and dining to events and activities. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role requiring versatility, ownership, and a commitment to excellence across housekeeping, food & beverage support, and guest services. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Environment & Presentation Maintain guest suites, lodges, and public spaces to luxury-level standards Ensure all spaces are consistently clean, staged, and guest-ready Laundry & Linen Management Execute full-cycle laundry operations for linens, towels, and guest items Inspect all items to ensure quality before returning to service Organization & Operational Readiness Maintain organized storage areas, closets, and service rooms Ensure all guest amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked Inventory Execution Track and replenish F&B items, guest amenities, and event supplies Support readiness for retreats, hunts, and large-scale events Room, Lodge & Event Setup Prepare guest accommodations with precision and consistency Set up dining, meeting, and event spaces Support weddings, corporate retreats, and private events Food & Beverage Support Execute dining room setup and service for all meals Support culinary team with plating and presentation Maintain cleanliness across the kitchen, bar, and service areas Equipment & Standards Operate cleaning equipment, laundry systems, and F&B tools Follow strict sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures Team Communication Coordinate seamlessly across hospitality, culinary, events, and ranch teams Maintain clear, professional communication Guest Experience Support Assist with arrivals, luggage, and personalized guest touches Support concierge-level requests when needed Service Knowledge Understand menu offerings, service standards, and presentation expectations Deliver polished, high-end service aligned with CCR standards QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years in hospitality, housekeeping, or event operations Strong attention to detail and execution discipline Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Preferred Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments Background in food & beverage or banquet service Physical Requirements This role requires stamina and mobility, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying items across the property. Strong coordination and attention to detail are essential.
