Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — Multi‑Resort Operations (Cattaragus County, NY) We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to oversee the full accounting function for multiple resort properties in Western New York and one property in Ontario. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who excels in multi‑entity financial management , regulatory compliance, and providing clear financial insight to ownership and resort leadership. Key Responsibilities Full‑cycle accounting for multiple resort and campground locations Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Tax preparation and compliance for Federal, New York State, and Ontario requirements Budget development, forecasting, and cash‑flow management Multi‑entity consolidation, variance analysis, and financial modeling Support for audits, licensing, and regulatory filings Qualifications Active CPA license 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP , tax regulations, and multi‑jurisdictional compliance Experience with multi‑entity or hospitality‑based accounting is an asset Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
