Job description Paraprofessional Needed Work 1:1 with a Pre-School Student • School Setting Position Overview This position involves working one-on-one with a preschool student in a school setting. The paraprofessional will support the child throughout the school day, assist with classroom participation, and accompany the student to therapy sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to a preschool student throughout the school day. Assist the child within the classroom and help maintain engagement in activities. Accompany the child to therapy sessions including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Respond appropriately to medical situations or emergencies if they arise. Follow guidance from teachers, therapists, and supervisors. Perform additional paraprofessional duties as needed based on the student's needs.
