Sweet Peas @ Watermelon Swim is growing, and we're looking for a child-focused leader to help shape the future of our gymnastics program in Brooksville. This role is ideal for someone with experience in gymnastics, youth sports, early childhood education, child development, or a related field who loves helping children learn, grow, and gain confidence through movement. What You'll Do Lead engaging gymnastics classes for children of varying ages and skill levels Create a fun, positive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment Build relationships with families and provide an exceptional customer experience Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming gym environment Support program growth through events, birthday parties, and community engagement Help develop coaches and maintain program quality and consistency What You Bring Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, youth athletics, early childhood education, child development, or a related field Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching techniques Ability to connect with children and create a positive learning environment Strong leadership skills or a desire to grow into a leadership role Excellent communication, organization, and reliability The Details Full-time position Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits Must be available at least two weekday evenings and Saturdays Ability to lead active classes and lift up to 40 lbs.
