Suncoast Gymnastics seeks an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to oversee our Preschool Program. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the preschool program, including coaching and staff management.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the preschool program, including coaching and staff management. Provide high-quality coaching to preschool gymnasts to develop their skills and abilities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in the preschool program. Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute special events, such as competitions and performances. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other program-related data. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates and information about the program. Ensure all equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and in good condition. Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends. Attend regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Must be able to work Monday-Saturday. 35-38 hours per week.
