A challenging 6,908 yard par 71 public course, BanBury Golf Course has been consistently rated in the top ten golf courses in Idaho by Golf Digest. The facility also includes a full scale driving range, chipping area, three TackMan Golf Simulations, Quintic Ball Roll System, full scale custom club fitting and club repair shop and a full service restaurant and bar. Our Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional both have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and serving others. With extensive experience at venerable clubs like The Vintage Club, Tacoma Country & Golf Club, Columbia Edgewater CC and Torrey Pines. They are now focused on constantly improving the operation and service levels at BanBury Golf Course. While offering a work life balanced schedule. Experience Required Having started the PGA PGM program is a plus, but not required Knowledge of Golf Operations A successful candidate must be motivated Customer service focused attitude and team player Golf Genius Tournament software "experience" a plus Excellent written and oral business communications Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, social media platforms/internet, etc. a significant plus Custom club fitting experience a plus

Essential Responsibilities Job Summary:

| Under the Director of Golf, assists Head Golf Professional and First Assistant with the daily golf operations of the facility, with high professionalism and customer-centric attitude Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day golf course operations Assist in tournament operations Assist with teaching programs Assist in merchandising for the golf shop Maintain a clean and organized golf shop Maintain a professional and service-oriented environment in the pro shop by providing excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Supervise outside services staff, with awareness and focus on managing to budget Promote the game of golf Implement and support all BGC initiatives and programs as requested by management Other duties may be assigned by management Benefits Compensation & Benefits Overview Hourly rate $17.00-$21.00 per hour, paid biweekly, based on experience and qualifications.

Anticipated total income range:
