This role focuses on converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales opportunities while supporting overall division growth and momentum. The position follows a retail-style sales schedule that includes weekends , allowing our team to connect with buyers during peak traffic times. Team Members work from one of our beautiful model homes and play a key role in supporting community launches, maintaining prospect relationships, and driving appointment generation. Key Responsibilities Deliver timely, professional communication to prospective buyers through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms. Build relationships with prospective buyers and convert online inquiries into qualified appointments. Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects to support Community Sales Managers and division sales goals. Guide buyers toward the best community and home opportunities based on their needs and lifestyle. Utilize CRM systems, lead management software, Live Chat, and other web-based tools to manage and track leads effectively. Support exciting new community launches by generating interest, nurturing prospects, and helping create momentum for sales success. Maintain accurate lead and prospect records while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support division initiatives and growth. Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed. Preferred Qualifications Positive, professional, and relationship-driven attitude Minimum of two years of residential production home selling experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Self-starter with strong follow-through and time management skills Tech savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital lead management tools preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service Collaborative mindset with a passion for helping people This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a dynamic sales environment, and is excited to grow within a high-performing homebuilding organization.
