This is much more than a coaching position. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who is organized, proactive, warm, demanding in the best way, and completely reliable. The ideal candidate has significant competitive cheer coaching experience, strong choreography and routine-cleaning skills, knowledge of current competition standards and scoring, and experience working with youth athletes. Most importantly, this person needs to be a leader and a builder—someone who loves coaching but is equally excited about creating an incredible cheer program and community. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Evening and weekend availability during competition season is required. Competitive cheer experience required. Relevant cheer safety/stunting certifications and CPR/AED certification strongly preferred.
