What You'll Do Deliver high-quality private lessons, semi-private instruction, and group clinics for junior and adult players. Coach across skill levels, from beginners to competitive juniors and advanced adults. Use strong technical and tactical knowledge to help players work toward clear goals. Build relationships with members and families and create an exceptional on-court experience. Contribute fresh ideas that strengthen RCW's tennis programming. Support USTA team practices, leagues, seasonal camps, competitive programming, and club events. Collaborate closely with RCW's coaching team and communicate professionally with players and families. A strong candidate will have:

A meaningful track record of high-quality tennis instruction and player development. Ideally 5+ years of professional coaching experience, particularly with competitive juniors and advanced adults. A strong competitive playing background. College, professional, or high-level junior playing experience is valued, but not required for a proven high-level teacher. PTR or RSPA professional teaching certification, or a commitment to earning one. Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging on-court presence. A hardworking, team-first approach with high standards and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. Availability for some evenings, weekends, events, and seasonal programming. Compensation & Support RCW offers a competitive, performance-based compensation structure with significant upside tied to private instruction, clinics, and programming. The right professional can build annual earnings of $100,000+ . Actual earnings are based on coaching activity, bookings, programming, and revenue generated and are not a guaranteed salary. Specific compensation terms will be matched to the candidate's experience, credentials, teaching track record, and ability to contribute. Relocation support may be available for the right candidate.
