Overview Conestoga Country Club is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Golf Operations Staff . This position plays an important role in providing an exceptional golf experience for members and their guests. Outside Operations team members are often among the first and last staff members golfers interact with during their visit. Successful candidates will be professional, energetic, attentive, and willing to assist wherever needed. Essential Responsibilities Provide a warm and professional welcome to members and guests upon arrival. Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags at the bag drop. Prepare, stage, clean, and maintain golf carts throughout the day. Ensure golf carts are properly stocked with scorecards, pencils, towels, and other necessary items. Retrieve, clean, organize, and store members' golf bags. Maintain an organized and professional bag storage area. Keep the driving range stocked with golf balls and maintain an orderly practice area. Pick and clean range balls as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the cart staging area, bag drop, practice facilities, and surrounding golf operations areas. Assist members and guests with directions, tournament information, and general golf-related questions. Assist the Golf Professional Staff with tournaments, outings, clinics, and special events. Help prepare golf carts, scorecards, signage, contests, and other materials for tournaments. Monitor cart availability and communicate with the Golf Shop during busy periods. Follow all club safety procedures and immediately report accidents, injuries, or equipment issues. Protect club property and ensure golf carts and equipment are handled responsibly. Assist with opening and closing procedures for the Outside Golf Operations department. Perform additional golf operations duties as assigned by the Golf Professional Staff.
