After-School Site Coordinator — Keiki Coders & Athletes Keiki Coders Honolulu, HI Job Details Part-time From $24 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Flexible schedule Qualifications Experience working with children Driving Child supervision Facebook Instagram Full Job Description Part-time • Flexible schedule • Oahu-wide Keiki Coders & Keiki Athletes run after-school coding, STEAM, and multi-sport/dance programs at schools and parks across Oahu, from Honolulu and East Honolulu to Ewa, Central, Windward, and the North Shore. We've taught over 1,500 students. We're hiring a Site Coordinator to keep our programs running smoothly across sites, jump in to sub when needed, and help capture what's happening on the ground. This is a great fit for someone who wants flexible afternoon hours, is reliable and organized, works well with kids and school staff, and doesn't mind driving between sites. Schedule 10-20 hrs/week, flexible. We build your schedule around your availability and go over specifics with you. On-site coverage happens Mon-Fri, 2:00-5:30 pm (Wednesdays from 1:30 pm), so afternoon availability is key. Marketing and admin work can be done remotely on your own time. What you'll do On-site program support (~75%) Be on-site at assigned schools each afternoon (about 2-2.5 hrs/day) as on-call support. Step in as a substitute teacher when a class needs coverage. This takes priority when it comes up.
