Position Summary Lead and grow the club's tennis program through private instruction, clinics, leagues, tournaments, socials, and junior development programs. Create a welcoming and engaging environment that promotes participation and enhances the member experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide private tennis lessons and group instruction for players of all ages and skill levels. Organize and oversee adult and junior tennis programs, leagues, tournaments, camps, and social events. Develop strategies to increase participation and grow the club's tennis community. Create exceptional member experiences by fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment. Promote tennis programs and coordinate event schedules and communications. Maintain court etiquette, safety standards, and overall program quality. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude. Thorough knowledge of the game of tennis and effective teaching techniques. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience working with both adult and junior players. Current RSPA (formerly USPTA) or PTR certification preferred. Ability to independently manage tennis programming and member engagement initiatives. Must maintain professional liability insurance. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's Level Degree Compensation This is an independent contractor position with percentage of lessons and programs based on experience.
