Job Description
Overview The Golf Shop Assistant plays a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for members and guests by providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of the golf shop. This position is responsible for ensuring the golf shop is organized, well-stocked, and operating efficiently while assisting with daily play and golf events. Experience Required 21 years old or older POS experience is highly encouraged PGA member or PGA Associate is highly encouraged Essential Responsibilities Greet and check in golfers for daily play Process tee time reservations and payments Sell driving range balls, golf merchandise and other golf shop items Coordinate and direct Outside Services staff to ensure smooth daily operations Check in players and assist with weekly golf programs, including Men's league, Ladies league, Couples' league and Weekend Games Assists with tournament and event operations as needed
