## Job Overview We are seeking several passionate gymnastics coaches to join our team. Experience in gymnastics is helpful, but not required. A positive attitude, a team mindset, and consistent dependability are more important than industry experience. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for providing expert instruction, guidance, and motivation to the athletes. We have a variety of positions available depending on your experience level and career goals.

Available positions include:

Boys & Girls Recreational Gymnastics Coach, Ninja Instructor, Trampoline/Tumbling Instructor, Boys Program Director. ## Duties

• Instruct athletes on proper techniques, form, and routines
• Create a safe and positive training environment
• Motivate and encourage gymnasts to set and achieve personal goals
• Evaluate gymnasts' progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Coordinate and oversee gymnastics competitions and performances ## Qualifications
• Experience in gymnastics coaching or competitive gymnastics
• Knowledge of various gymnastics disciplines and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass the background check as required by USAG
• Ability to complete the required
