Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner Presser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly pressing, finishing, and preparing garments and textiles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Your energetic approach will help deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their clothing looks impeccable and feels fresh. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Duties Operate pressing machines and equipment to smooth and finish garments with precision and care Inspect clothing items for wrinkles, stains, or defects before pressing, ensuring quality control Follow specific garment care instructions to maintain fabric integrity and appearance Handle customer garments with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and respect for their belongings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area, adhering to safety standards Assist with basic laundry tasks when needed, including sorting and folding clothes Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during customer transactions Qualifications Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred but not required; hotel experience or hospitality background is a plus Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality finishing Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measurements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cleaning techniques, fabric types, and garment care is advantageous Reliable team player with good communication skills Join us to deliver top-tier garment care while providing outstanding service in a lively, supportive environment.
