This is a hands-on, physically active position in a high-output environment where you'll operate commercial bakery equipment and help turn out thousands of products each day. You'll play a key role in maintaining consistent quality, keeping machinery running smoothly, and supporting large-scale bakery and deli production. Key Duties & Responsibilities Operate Equipment:

Run commercial food production machinery such as depositors, slicers, and wrapping lines. Follow established operating and basic maintenance procedures to keep production flowing.

Meet High-Volume Goals:

Work efficiently to produce large quantities of bakery items daily, meeting strict quality, consistency, and throughput expectations.

Physical Work:

Regularly lift, carry, and stack ingredients, trays, and products (up to 50 lbs) while on your feet for the entire shift. Expect frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movement.

Troubleshoot Issues:

Address minor equipment jams, misalignments, or setup problems. Report mechanical concerns promptly and clearly to leads or maintenance staff.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep all equipment, tools, and work areas clean, sanitized, and organized. Perform regular cleaning during and after production runs. Work as a

Team:

Coordinate with coworkers across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs, steady production flow, and minimal downtime.

Adapt & Improve:

Be open to coaching, able to adapt to changing priorities, and ready to perform in a fast-moving production environment.
