Full Job Description Overview:

Super Good Bagels is a small, growing bagel company based in Newport Beach. We specialize in handmade, New York-style bagels with creative flavors, seasonal cream cheeses, and a whole lot of fun. We're looking for a reliable, motivated part-time bagel baker to join our small kitchen crew as we expand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on baking and bagel shaping. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to food safety standards. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a love for carbs. Duties Prepare and bake bagels, cream cheese, and a small selection of seasonal items. Mix, shape, boil, and bake bagels according to our SOPs. Prep ingredients and support cream cheese and topping production Manage kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance Assist with daily/weekly production planning and inventory Occasionally help pack orders for delivery and events Keep supplies and equipment organized and maintained. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new recipes and improve existing offerings. Skills Strong experience in the food industry with a focus on baking techniques. Knowledge of culinary practices related to food preparation and safety. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens and mixers. Previous baking experience a must. Schedule & Pay Part-time:
