• Italian Focaccia 303 3rd. Street, Unit 130, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 Part-time Looking to fill in 4 shifts:
• Monday and Tuesday 8am to 2pm
• Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm Pasta Viva is a modern Italian-inspired fast-casual kitchen focused on fresh-made pasta, clean ingredients, and joyful hospitality.

We make our pasta in-house, bake focaccia daily, and serve honest, feel-good food. We're building an energetic, welcoming team — and we'd love for you to be part of it. Pasta Viva is looking for an experienced bread maker to produce our house-made Italian Schiacciata and Focaccia breads daily. This is a hands-on production role for someone who understands high-hydration dough, fermentation timing, and consistent baking execution.
