Kitchen Cook - Pizza, Pasta & Piroshki Fusion Piroshki | Venice, CA Fusion Piroshki is looking for a reliable, responsible cook to work alongside the owner in our kitchen at Colony Kitchens. We're expanding our menu with pizza and pasta and need someone who takes pride in making good food and can be counted on.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizza, pasta, piroshki, and other menu items. Follow recipes and maintain consistent portions, quality, and presentation. Help with ingredient preparation, dough handling, and assembling orders. Keep workstations, equipment, and the kitchen clean and organized. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Communicate clearly and work closely with the owner during daily service. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen; pizza and pasta experience is a plus. Punctual, dependable, and responsible. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn our recipes. Able to follow directions and work independently when needed. Comfortable helping with cooking, prep, cleaning, and dishwashing. A positive attitude and genuine care for the food we serve. We're a small, growing business where your work makes a real difference.
