Responsibilities Welcome every customer with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Assist customers in both English and Spanish. Answer phone calls and help customers place orders. Carefully package cakes and desserts. Keep display cases stocked, clean, and inviting. Maintain a clean and organized bakery. Wash dishes, sweep, mop, clean workstations, restock supplies, and assist with daily bakery operations. Support the owner and decorating team with any tasks needed throughout the day. Is dependable and arrives on time for every scheduled shift. Takes direction well and is eager to learn. Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team. Is bilingual in English and Spanish, as this position regularly assists customers in both languages. Is available to work weekends, especially Saturdays.
