, especially experience with hand mixing, folding techniques, batter preparation, and commercial ovens . Responsibilities As an Uncle Fluffy Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking our Japanese-style cheesecakes according to our recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing batters from scratch while following exact recipes, measurements, temperatures, and procedures Using proper hand-mixing and folding techniques with a spatula to gently combine ingredients without over-mixing or deflating the batter Operating and monitoring a commercial oven safely and confidently Understanding how oven temperature, baking time, moisture, and batter consistency affect the final product Completing daily baking and production quantities efficiently and on schedule Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary baking station throughout the shift Properly cleaning and sanitizing baking equipment, utensils, mixers, work surfaces, and production areas Following food safety, labeling, storage, and rotation procedures Required Experience & Skills Applicants must have previous hands-on baking experience.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
