About Us:
We're a family-owned shop in Aurora with a strong local following. We take pride in quality, consistency, and creating a great team environment. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to grow with us. This position is part-time or full time, with shifts depending on production needs. Decorating/frying experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is reliable, and eager to learn and someone who will show up. Reliability is super important to us, because we are a small business we don't have the leisure to handle employees calling out or not showing up.
Responsibilities may include:
Mix, roll, cut, proof, and fry dough Operate mixer, fryer, proofer, and other bakery equipment safely Glaze, fill, and decorate donuts with consistency and quality Decorate Frying Operate mixer, fryer, proofer, and other bakery equipment safely Follow recipes and learn new skills on the spot Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and workspace during and after shifts Package and prep products for display and delivery Manage time independently to ensure donuts are ready when needed What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and consistent Coachable and willing to learn, able to take instruction and adapt quickly Strong work ethic, positive attitude, growth mindset Baking or pastry experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working independently and staying on task Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods experience is a plus, but we will train the right person Food Handler's Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Pay and Details $21-24/hour, based on experience, paid training Paid bi-weekly Part-time role or full time roles, WEEKENDS

- Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday availability is needed. Hours may vary depending on production volume and business needs (flexibility is a plus) Must be willing to do a background check. We'd love to hear why this role would be a good fit for you.
