Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
• Package finished products for sale or catering orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knife skills for cutting and shaping dough
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
