Responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pizza styles, ensuring each creation meets our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety. Your expertise in dough preparation, topping assembly, and oven operation will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough from scratch or follow established recipes with precision and consistency Assemble pizzas with fresh ingredients, ensuring proper portioning and presentation Operate commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and prep stations safely and efficiently Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to produce perfectly cooked pizzas every time Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety procedures Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or seasonal specials Support food production during high-volume periods to meet customer demand with quality and speed Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, particularly in pizza making or bakery environments Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and food handling Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
