Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will alternate between the bakery counter and the barista station. This includes making espresso based drinks, processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, packaging their order and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. Process sales transactions and returns in a timely manner. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products with their allergens, and services to effectively assist customers. Stock shelves and ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism. Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone or in-person. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Keeping a

environment for both the customers and employees. Using the skills during barista training to produce delicious beverages. Learning how to distinguish a balanced espresso drink. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS Toast. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, comfortability with change and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Working the barista station; making drinks while maintain a clean and organized bar station and keeping the customers satisfied.
