Job Description
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cake Decorator with a passion for creativity and precision. This position requires strong skills in cake decorating, wedding cakes, specialty cake design, and the ability to work with fondant—including both 2D and 3D fondant designs . The role may also include general bakery support and other baking duties as needed. Responsibilities Decorate wedding cakes, specialty cakes, cupcakes, and specialty desserts to bakery standards. Wedding cakes a plus. Create designs using buttercream, fondant, and other decorating mediums. Produce high-quality 2D and 3D cake designs . Collaborate with customers and staff on custom cake orders. Assist with general baking and bakery prep as needed. Maintain a clean and organized food-safe workspace. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional cake decorating experience . Proficiency with fondant, buttercream, piping, and edible decorations. Must have fondant and wedding cake experience. This is a must. Ability to design and execute custom cakes, including sculpted cakes in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail and artistic creativity. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible to assist with other bakery tasks. Benefits Competitive pay is based on experience.
