Lineage UCF is looking to fill 1-2 positions in the Bakery, full time and part time.

Responsibilities:

Baking an assortment of pastries, including but not limited to: Croissants, muffins, cakes, scones and danishes. Operating ovens, proofer and lamination machines Decorating pastries Delivering pastries to other Lineage locations and partner stores using a company vehicle. Keeping workspaces clean and organized Working as a team to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Who we're looking for: At the lineage bakery we are looking for individuals who are passionate about baking, enjoy working in a kitchen/cafe setting, are willing to work hard and can be a team player. Someone who understands a kitchen/bakery setting and common procedures, can keep their area clean and organized, and has good communication and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Baking experience/kitchen experience required, minimum 1 year.. ServSafe certification (will be provided if needed) Flexible schedule Ability to work 4am start time Valid drivers license and willingness to operate a company car Ability to lift 50lbs or more on occasion Hard working attitude!

Position details:

Pay:

$17.50 base pay during a 1 month training period, with a raise at the end of the training period.

Hours:

4:45am-12:45pm. Weekends required, week days flexible.
