About Us:

​We are a unique food concept specializing in gourmet stuffed hotteok—a traditional sweet/savory pastry with a challenging, high-skill dough. Our cooking method is similar to making a pressed skillet pizza: shaping the delicate dough, stuffing it with fillings, and pressing/cooking it to perfection on a flat-top griddle. ​

Key Responsibilities:

​Handle, stretch, and shape complex dough with precision and speed. ​Accurately portion and stuff fillings into the dough without tearing. ​Operate a flat-top griddle, pressing and cooking items to achieve the ideal texture and quality. ​Master our specific techniques and recipes within a set training period. ​

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

​ No prior experience required, but exceptional manual dexterity (hand-eye coordination) and high attention to detail are absolute musts. ​

Preferred Backgrounds:

Pastry/Bakers, Hand-made Dumpling Makers (Mandu), or professionals with specialized hand-craft food skills. ​Fast learner who can adapt to a high-skill culinary process under target timelines. ​
