Job Summary As an Ice Cream Maker, you will play a vital role in creating delicious and high-quality ice cream products that delight our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every batch of ice cream meets our exceptional quality standards while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for various ice cream flavors. Operate ice cream machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor the production process to ensure consistency and quality of the final product. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist in packaging finished products for sale or distribution. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries regarding flavors and ingredients. Collaborate with team members to develop new flavors and improve existing recipes. Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing our ice cream offerings. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the food industry or catering services. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Culinary skills with an understanding of ingredient interactions and flavor profiles. Experience in cake decorating is a plus but not required. Ability to package products efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
