In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing the restaurant for daily operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to each day. Duties Arrive promptly to open the restaurant at designated times, ensuring all areas are ready for operation Conduct thorough inspections of entry points, equipment, and common areas to confirm safety and cleanliness standards are met Set up necessary equipment and food required for opening the store. Greet early arrivals or team members with a friendly and professional attitude, providing assistance as needed Prepare cash registers, point-of-sale systems, or other operational tools in advance of opening hours Perform security checks to ensure all access points are secure before opening to the public or staff Communicate effectively with team members about daily plans, or any issues that need attention Requirements Proven reliability with punctuality and attendance being essential for opening responsibilities Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in setting up and inspecting the environment Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and greet guests confidently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light loads during setup procedures Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or event setup is a plus but not required Flexibility to work early morning shifts or weekends as needed Join us as an Opener and be the first person to create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for success!
