Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Donut/Soft Serve associates. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious donuts and soft serve treats in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your ability to provide exceptional service while ensuring food safety and quality will be key to our success. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of donuts and soft serve products according to established recipes and standards. Operate Clover POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines throughout food preparation and service. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred. Must be as least 17 years of age Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry. Experience in quick service or fast food restaurant settings is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in cashiering or serving roles is beneficial.
